My Biography
Caroline Ann Herry was born on July 22, 2002 in Austin Texas. She has an older brother,
Christian who plays baseball, football, and basketball. She also has a younger sister,
Catherine who plays tennis and cheer. At the age of 6, Caroline began gymnastics.
She took an instant love for it and started competing as a level 4 in 2010 with Azarian
Gymnastics. At the 2010 SoCal South Level 4 State championships, Caroline won the
vault title with a 9.650, she placed second on beam with a 9.525, and second all around
with a 37.550.

The next season, Caroline competed level 5. She won vault at her first meet, and at
sectionals she placed first all around along with gold medals on vault and beam. At
state, Caroline placed second on beam and all around in addition to bronze medals
on vault and floor. She concluded her level 5 season at the Lady Luck Invitational
where she won the all around with a 38.625.
Caroline began her level 6 season at the Judges Cup where she took home four gold
medals, including a gold in the all around with a 37.400. She then went on to win
the all around at sectionals, and she placed second all around at the Level 6 State
Meet with a 38.075. Right after level 6 state, Caroline went on to compete level 7.
She started her season at the Heart of a Champion Invitational, competing with Texas
Dreams, where she won beam and placed second all around. After the Heart of a Champion
Meet, Caroline competed with them at the 2013 Houston National Invitational. There
she won beam with a 9.75, floor with a 9.6, and the all around with a 37.825. This
was the end of her level 7 season.
In 2014, Caroline started her level 8 season at the Texas Prime Meet. She won vault
with a 9.75, floor with a 9.625, and the all around with a 37.700. At her next meet,
The Classic Rock Invitational, she improved her all around score by over a point.
She won all four events, and the all around with a 38.650. After a few more meets,
Caroline went on to compete at the Texas Level 8 State Championships. She scored a
9.75 on vault and a 9.675 on floor, and qualified to regionals. At her final level
8 meet, The Region 3 Championships, Caroline won the beam title with a 9.725, and
took home the silver medal in the all around with a 38.600.
While preparing for the 2015 level 9 season, Caroline injured her foot. She was still
able to compete her first level 9 meet at the Texas Prime Meet where she placed second
on vault and sixth all around. Currently, Caroline is preparing for the rest of her
level 9 season, training 30 hours a week, where she plans to come back stronger than
ever.
